Department of administrative and financial law

Our motto: provide qualified legal education

Our purpose: By training mature qualified personnel in the field of jurisprudence, Tashkent State University of law is transformed into one of the world's leading higher educational institutions, as well as the creation of theoretical and legal bases of administrative and financial law.

The Department of administrative and financial law is one of the leading institutions of the University, which carries out educational and research works on “Administrative law”, “Administrative court litigation”, “Financial Law”, “Public Service”.

Our functions:

Our team supports the research work carried out at the University and carries out a number of tasks.

We:

– The Department of administrative and financial law is the largest institution in the Republic of Uzbekistan and carries out educational and research work on the modules of “Administrative Law”, “Administrative litigation”, “Financial Law”, “Public Service”;

– providing students with quality education within modules;

– we develop comparative, analytical and logical thinking skills in students on administrative law, administrative litigation, public service, financial law modules;

– we formulate the skills of students to apply the norms of law in practice;

– we formulate the ability of students to work with documents;

– we allow young people to receive and provide independent education, to ensure the harmony of theory and practice.

Our subjects:

5 subjects for students of Bachelor’s degree:

- Administrative law;

- Administrative litigation;

- Administrative law / administrative litigation;

- Financial law;

- Public service.

2 subjects for Master’s degree students:

– Modern development trends of administrative law

– International tax law

Scientific potential

At the same time, a scientific-practical research work is being carried out on the topic “Issues of improving the organizational and legal foundations of the energy sector in Uzbekistan”, “Improvement of legal regulation of tax inspections in the Republic of Uzbekistan”, “Administrative and legal aspects of judicial review of cases on finding departmental normative-legal acts invalid” and “Improvement of judicial view of electoral disputes in the Republic of Uzbekistan”. The study is conducted within the framework of State Scientific technical programs.

By Administrative and financial law department in 2020:

– 2 monographs;

–17 scientific articles;

– 4 articles have been published in Scopus.

As well as,

– 6 international round tables are organized and 1 International Conference is planned to be held by the end of the year.

1	“Ilm izlab”	To provide regular information about the opportunities of scientific activity for professors, researchers, researchers, students.
2	“Ma’rifat o`choqlari”	In the field of jurisprudence, it pursues the goal of providing young followers(researchers) with information about the ways of knowledge of professors and teachers who have their own knowledge, experience, Scientific School.
3	“Online sud majlislari”	Continuous provision of practical judicial procedures for the examination of administrative cases by administrative courts to students. The program is organized in cooperation with the Administrative Court of Tashkent City.
4	TSUL_Legal_Solution	It is considered as official telegram channel of department. The number of members is more than 3100. 5	“Nematov” course	Founded by the doctor of science, associate professor Jurabek Nematov, the members of the circle are provided with the necessary information on the current issues of administrative law and administrative litoigation, the goal of forming important skills on working with documents.
6	TSUL_Legal_Solution Chat	This telegram group was created a teacher of the demartment J.Zoilboev. Currently the numbers of members is 420. The main purpose of the group is to familiarize students with the content and essence of the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan by giving tests, legal cases and legal explanations. 7	YURIDIKA	It pursues the goal of providing qualified legal services to individuals and legal entities.

Structure of professors and teachers:

Our teachers are constantly working on their own, together with foreign colleagues, improving their skills and knowledge, sharing experience.

Today we have 1 professor, 6 associate professors, 9 senior teachers and 12 teachers. In order to ensure the harmony of theory and practice in the students, we constantly organize master classes, round tables in cooperation with Japanese professors, well-known lawyers, representatives of the German society for international cooperation (GIZ) “Promotion of legal statehood in Central Asia” program and administrative judges of Tashkent City.

Despite the fact that our university has been established for 5 months, so far, 1 textbook, 2 monographs and 2 textbooks have been published by the teachers and we plan to increase the number of scientific developments further until the end of the year.
