Transfer and reinstatement procedures

Full procedure for student transfer and reinstatement at Tashkent State University of Law

I. Transfer of studies

Platform: my.gov.uz or the ministry's official website
Autumn semester
15 July – 5 August
Spring semester
10 – 20 January
Review (autumn)
6 – 30 August
Review (spring)
21 January – 10 February

Required documents (for transfer)

  1. Copies of documents confirming the grounds for transfer
  2. Grade book or academic certificate / transcript of the established form

Submitting the application

Via the Unified Interactive State Services portal (my.gov.uz) or the Ministry of Higher Education website. Twice per academic year: autumn and spring.

Uploading documents

Supporting documents and the academic certificate are uploaded to the electronic platform.

Decision

Reviewed by the higher education institution, the relevant ministry (agency) or the State Commission. The result is communicated via the platform.

II. Reinstatement of studies
