Our mission

The Department of Civil Procedural and Economic Procedural Law is one of the leading departments of the University, which conducts training and conducts scientific activities in 5 areas: "Civil procedural law", "Economic procedural law", "Participation of a lawyer in civil proceedings", "Alternative Dispute Resolution ”and “Resolution of Economic and Corporate Disputes”.

We strive to study and develop the sphere of civil procedural and economic procedural law of the country, study international experience in this area of law, research and develop regulatory documents. Currently, in this direction we are closely cooperating with the Ministry of Justice, the Supreme Court, the General Prosecutor's Office, the Higher School of Judges, the Chamber of Lawyers, the Center for Advanced Training of Lawyers, law enforcement agencies, as well as national universities of the republic.

Our tasks

Our department supports the aspirations of university researchers and fulfills its mission through a range of tasks. We:

- study, research and provide knowledge in such disciplines as "Civil procedural law", "Economic procedural law", "Participation of a lawyer in civil proceedings", " Alternative Dispute Resolution", "Resolution of economic and corporate disputes".

- form skills of practical application of the norms of procedural law;

- develop students' skills of comparative and logical thinking about procedural disciplines;

- give young people the opportunity to self-educate and apply knowledge in practice.

Our programs and projects:

The scientific circle "Young processors" is actively working at the department. Within the framework of the project, 10 talented independent researchers are conducting research activities on topical issues in the field of civil procedural and economic procedural legislation. The purpose of the circle is the development by students of civil procedural and economic procedural law, as well as increasing their interest in procedural subjects.

Under the leadership of the head of the department D.Yu.Khabibullaev and professor of the department Z. Esanova, such scientific schools as “Future Proceduralists” and “Fortress of Justice and Determination” were created and operate. The main goal of these schools is to study the scientific and practical foundations of the discipline of civil procedural and economic procedural law, in the future to establish the systematic nature of scientific research in this area, to bring the national school of civil procedural and economic procedural law to the international legal arena

Currently, the department is conducting a scientific and practical research on the topic: "Questions of further improving the mechanism for the execution of court decisions (on the example of civil, economic, administrative and criminal cases)"

Faculty

Our teachers are constantly working on themselves, improving their skills and knowledge, improving their qualifications, exchanging experience with colleagues from foreign countries.

Today the department employs 2 professors, 1 docent, 3 Phds, 1 senior teachers and 6 teachers. We involve judges, lawyers, mediators and practitioners in the educational process. This is how students hone their knowledge and skills in practice.

The teachers of the department are the authors of 9 textbooks, 12 monographs and 10 educational brochures.

The educational and work process also involves 2 independent researchers and 2 doctoral students.
