Candidates register annually from 1 to 30 July (including 30 July) via the official ministry website or the my.gov.uz portal.

Admissions committees review applicant documents until 10 August.
The outcome — acceptance or rejection (with reason) — is communicated via the personal cabinet on the electronic platform.
Admission is on the basis of state grant and payment-contract, in the sequence of the average score of the bachelor's diploma.
Applicants with the highest average score are admitted first under state grants; the rest under payment-contract.
Until 20 August: the Ministry of Higher Education submits the results to the State Commission for approval.
Until 25 August: the State Commission adopts the final decision.
Admission requirements: applicants must hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field from an accredited higher education institution.
Stage 1: oral interview (English B2 + subject "Financial Law" or "Environmental Law")
