A conference titled "Ten Years of the Eurasian Economic Union Treaty: Ensuring Uniform Application of EAEU Law" was held in Minsk, Belarus.
Kirill Molodyko, an associate professor in the Department of International Law and Human Rights, took part in the international event organized by the Court of the Eurasian Union.
In his presentation, Molodyko highlighted important issues, such as the restriction preventing individuals who are not sole proprietors or employees of Union bodies from filing cases with the EAEU Court.
He also pointed out that EAEU law is increasingly affecting such individuals. The presentation explored potential avenues for addressing this, including direct appeals by citizens after exhausting national court processes and preliminary questions submitted by national courts.
