TSUL Partner Osaka University Announces Academic Mobility Programme for Second- and Third-Year Students

To be eligible for the programme, applicants must have a minimum GPA of 80% and proficiency in either Japanese or English (minimum English language requirement: IELTS 6.0).

Students wishing to participate in the academic mobility programme at the partner university abroad must submit the following documents to their respective faculty deans’ offices by 17 October:

A copy of their academic transcript;

A copy of the personal information page of their international passport;

A certificate confirming proficiency in Japanese or English;

Other certificates (optional);

The programme offers students the opportunity to study at the partner university abroad during the spring semester of the 2026/2027 academic year without paying tuition fees to the host university. However, students enrolled at TSUL on a fee-paying contract basis must continue to pay their tuition fees at TSUL and cover all other expenses themselves, including transportation, visa, insurance, accommodation, and living costs.
