To participate in the programme, candidates must have a minimum Grade Point Average (GPA) of 80% and an English language proficiency level of IELTS 6.0 (equivalent to CEFR B2).
Candidates wishing to study at the partner university abroad under the academic mobility programme must submit the following documents to their respective faculty deans’ offices by 1 May:
A copy of their academic transcript;
A copy of the personal information page of their international passport;
An English language proficiency certificate;
Other certificates confirming academic or extracurricular activities (if available).
The programme allows students to study at the partner university abroad during either the autumn or spring semester of the 2026/2027 academic year without paying tuition fees to the host university. However, students enrolled at TSUL on a fee-paying contract basis must continue to pay their tuition fees at TSUL and cover all other expenses, including travel, visa, insurance, accommodation, and living costs.
