Regional training sessions for public service center staff were held in Fergana as part of a project funded by the European Union and implemented in cooperation with the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The sessions focused on gender-sensitive and inclusive service delivery.
The training sessions were conducted by Kamola Aliyeva, Senior Research Fellow at the Research Center of the Faculty of Interdisciplinary Legal Studies at Tashkent State University of Law (TSUL).
The sessions focused primarily on ensuring equal access to public services for all citizens, regardless of gender, age, physical abilities, or level of digital literacy; removing existing barriers to service delivery; and integrating the practical experience of Women's Advisory Groups into the provision of public services.
