Mahmut Utemuratov and Shukhrat Rakhmanov were awarded certificates of honour by the Ministry of Justice
In accordance with a relevant order by the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan, on the occasion of Constitution Day, Mahmut Utemuratov, Head of the Department of Theory of State and Law at Tashkent State University of Law, and Shukhrat Rakhmanov, Head of the Department of International Law and Human Rights, were awarded certificates of honour by the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan. This recognition comes as a result of their timely and high-quality execution of duties entrusted to the justice authorities and institutions, their contribution to the development of the legal sector, and their effective work.
