A round table discussion was held as part of the academic schools led by Professors Dilbar Suyunova, Dildora Bazarova, and Gulchekhra Tulaganova at the Department of Criminal Procedure Law of Tashkent State University of Law (TSUL). The event was attended by Otabek Mukhamadiev, a judge of the Criminal Court in Tashkent; lawyer and judge Nemat Akbarov; and Zafar Nazarov, an independent researcher from the Department of Criminal Procedure Law at TSUL and a practicing lawyer.
During the event, the judges and lawyers shared insights with members of the academic schools, independent researchers, and students about the factors considered when reviewing criminal cases, challenges encountered during the process, and the most noteworthy experiences from their professional work.
At the end of the session, students and independent researchers had the opportunity to ask questions and received detailed answers from the experts.
