A master class was organised at TSUL on the practical application of the tax legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan
The session, initiated by the Department of Administrative and Financial Law, was led by Saidulla Nekov, Head of the Legal Department at Tashkent City Tax Administration, and Nodira Nizamkhodjaeva, Senior Inspector of the Tax Debt Collection Organization Department.
The master class, held as part of the Tax Law module, aimed to strengthen the link between academic learning and legal practice and to discuss complex issues encountered in real-life cases. The session covered the practical application of Uzbekistan’s tax laws, unresolved challenges, and recent achievements.
Additionally, problematic scenarios related to the calculation of certain taxes were analyzed during the training.
At the end of the session, students had the opportunity to ask questions on the topic, and those who actively participated in the training were invited to an internship at the tax administration.
