Shuhrat Ruzinazarov was awarded the title of Academician
According to the decision of the Presidium of the Turon Academy of Sciences of the Institute for the History of Peoples of Central Asia named after Mahpirat, dated June 30, 2024, Professor Shuhrat Ruzinazarov from the Business Law Department at Tashkent State University of Law has been awarded the academic title of Academician.
For reference: Shuhrat Ruzinazarov is the author of over 900 scientific works, including 4 study guides, 7 textbooks, 3 practical manuals, 20 monographs, and 8 brochures (both solo and co-authored). He has contributed to the preparation of more than 25 textbooks and practical manuals (as an author, compiler, or chief editor), 6 commentaries on codes and laws, and expert evaluations of about 650 draft laws. He has published articles in over 60 electronic publications. As the leader and participant in 4 international research projects and 21 national research projects, he has conducted scientific research on current and prospective topics. The legal scholar has established his own scientific school, under his supervision, 3 doctoral (DSc), 5 doctoral dissertations, 3 PhD dissertations in law, and over 70 master’s theses have been completed. Sh. Ruzinazarov has served as an official opponent for more than 150 doctoral dissertations.
Additionally, in his research, the legal scholar substantiated the need to develop the conceptual foundations of digital law as a new and promising field within the national legal system. In this regard, he independently developed the draft Scientific Concept of the Digital Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan, anticipating modern trends in codification.
Academician Sh. Ruzinazarov has been awarded the Commemorative Badge "15 Years of Independence of the Republic of Uzbekistan" (2006), the Commemorative Badge "20 Years of Independence of the Republic of Uzbekistan" (2011), the Commemorative Badge "30 Years of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan" (2021), the Commemorative Badge "30th Anniversary of the Constitution of Uzbekistan" (2022), and the Badge of the Turon Academy of Sciences (2024). For his long and dedicated service in the judiciary and justice system, Sh. Ruzinazarov has been awarded the first class of "Adliya maslahatchisi".
