Professor Said Gulyamov, Head of the Cyber Law Department at Tashkent State University of Law, participated in the 18th International Symposium of the World Society of Victimology on "Forensic and Contemporary Perspectives on Victimology and Assistance to Victims," held at the National Forensic Sciences University in India.
At the international symposium, S. Gulyamov delivered a lecture on the joint Master's program (LLM) organized in collaboration between Tashkent State University of Law and the National Forensic Sciences University.
The lecture highlighted the significance of this joint program, emphasizing that it not only includes theoretical knowledge but also practical skills. It provides students with the opportunity to work with modern technologies, analyze real-life situations, and interact with experts from both countries.
Professor S. Gulyamov particularly noted that the program aims to prepare specialists capable of investigating complex cyber incidents, navigating international cyber legislation, and developing solutions to emerging threats.
