Born on March 27, 1964 in Bukhara city of The Republic of Uzbekistan. In 1987, she Graduated from the chemical faculty of Tashkent State University.
In 1990-1996, she studied at the Tashkent state law Institute.
In 1996-1999, she was a postgraduate student at the Tashkent state law Institute.
Since 2001, he has been a candidate of law. Since 2010, doctor of law, specialty 12.00.01-Theory and history of state and law: history of political and legal doctrines, In 2000-2013 he was a teacher, senior lecturer, associate Professor of the Department of “History of state and law” of the Tashkent state law Institute
In 2000-2010, he was a full-time lecturer at the Department of Islamic law of the Tashkent Islamic University (part-time).
In 2013-2016 associate Professor of the Department of history and theory of state and law of the Tashkent state law University
In 2013-2016, a full-time teacher of the Department of "Humanities" of the Tashkent Institute of art and culture (part-time).
