The IV Scientific Conference of students and young researchers on the topic “Environmental law through the eyes of young scientists” was held at TSUL
The event was organized within the framework of the scientific school “Environmental Policy and Law” of Professor Shukhrat Fayziev of Tashkent State University of Law, in cooperation with representatives of the Ecological Party of Uzbekistan and deputies of the Committee on Ecology and Environmental Protection of the Legislative Chamber of the Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
At the conference, young environmental lawyers and students delivered presentations on improving environmental legislation, developing institutional and legal mechanisms for the use of natural resources, forming legal mechanisms for the transition to a “green economy,” developing the economic and legal foundations of “green energy,” increasing the effectiveness of state and public environmental control, as well as strengthening legal liability for violations of environmental requirements.
During the event, issues related to the use of the submitted proposals and comments in the legislative process of the parliament, as well as the development of cooperation with the Department of Environmental Law of TSUL, were discussed.
At the end of the conference, the speakers were presented with commemorative gifts from the Ecological Party of Uzbekistan.
For information: within the scientific school “Environmental Policy and Law,” under the leadership of TSUL Professor Shukhrat Fayziev, more than one hundred students, together with the faculty members and doctoral researchers of the Department of Environmental Law, conduct research on various topics in the field of environmental law.
