During the summer school, organized in cooperation with Tashkent State University of Law and the representation of the international non-governmental organization "Regional Dialogue" in Uzbekistan, participants have the opportunity to gain a closer understanding of the legal system of the USA.
Participants of the summer school also discussed legal problem-solving, including the CREAC method for preparing and presenting legal analyses, tort law, and contract concepts.
The sessions of the summer school are conducted by experienced experts, including E. Joan Blum, a professor of practice at the Boston College Law School (USA), Lauren Contardo, a professor at the Illinois Institute of Technology, Chicago-Kent College of Law, and lawyer Daniel Hassenfeld.
