The article titled “Algorithms and Software for Speech Processing in Telecommunication”, co-authored by Mamurjon Kuchkarov and Minovvarkhon Yunusova, lecturers at the Department of General Education and Culture of Tashkent State University of Law, has been indexed in the international scientific database Scopus.
The paper explores how wave transformations in sound signal processing make it possible to separate audio signals into low- and high-frequency components, aiding tasks such as data compression, noise reduction, and efficient network transmission.
Special attention in the article is devoted to the use of HAAR wavelets in audio signal processing, particularly in the WAV format, which is widely used for uncompressed audio data. The approach presented by the authors contributes to improving the efficiency of compression and information processing during data transmission.
In addition, the article also discusses teaching methodologies for modern digital technologies to students.
