A joint faculty with Roma Tre University will be established at TSUL
A roundtable discussion was held in Samarkand with the participation of universities from the Republic of Uzbekistan and Italy.
The event was attended by representatives of the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Embassy of Uzbekistan in Italy, the Embassy of Italy in Uzbekistan, as well as universities from both Uzbekistan and Italy. In particular, Acting Rector of Tashkent State University of Law, Islambek Rustambekov, delivered a speech at the roundtable discussion.
In addition, as part of the roundtable discussion, a meeting took place between Acting Rector of Tashkent State University of Law, Dr. Islambek Rustambekov, and Rector of Roma Tre University, Massimiliano Fiorucci, during which a cooperation agreement was signed to establish a joint faculty between the two universities.
According to the document, a joint faculty in European Law will be established at TSUL. The faculty will offer education based on the curriculum of Roma Tre University.
Furthermore, faculty members from the partner university will be involved in traditional (offline) classes.
It should be noted that a memorandum of cooperation between TSUL and Roma Tre University was signed in September 2022.
