Sohiba Inoyatova has participated in a seminar-training on Civil law
Sohiba Inoyatova, Acting Professor of the Department of Civil Law at Tashkent State University of Law, participated in a seminar-training on pressing issues of improving civil legislation held in Tokyo with the support of the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA).
The seminar-training was aimed at improving national legislation through a comparative study of Japanese and Uzbek civil law. As part of the program, lectures and discussions were held on topics such as acceptance and renunciation of inheritance, reconciliation in court proceedings, compensation for moral damages, protection of property and other real rights, land use and expropriation, and the development of responsible AI usage regulations.
Additionally, introductory visits were organized to the Legal Research and Training Institute (RTI) of the Japanese Ministry of Justice and the Tokyo District Court (TDC).
