To participate in the program, candidates must have a GPA of at least 60% and be proficient in the Russian language.
Students wishing to study at a foreign university under the academic mobility program must submit the following documents to the International Cooperation Department by June 25:
A copy of the academic transcript.
A copy of the passport data page for international travel.
Certificates of activity (if available).
Contact information.
Certificates and recommendation letters issued for online events will not be accepted.
The program allows students to study at a partner university abroad during the fall semester of the 2025/2026 academic year. However, if a student is enrolled at TSUL on a fee-paying basis, they will be responsible for covering the contract amount and all other expenses (transportation, visa, insurance, accommodation, and living costs). Additionally, accommodation expenses will also be covered by the student.
