To participate in this program, candidates must have a GPA of at least 80% and knowledge of Turkish or English.
Candidates for academic mobility at a foreign university must submit the following documents to the dean's offices of the faculties by May 1:
- a copy of the academic transcript;
- a copy of the personal data sheet of the passport for travel abroad;
- a language proficiency certificate (Turkish or English);
- other certificates;
- contact information.
The project allows students to study in the fall or spring semester of the 2025/2026 academic year at a foreign partner university without paying tuition fees. However, if a student studies at TSUL on a fee-paying contract basis, he/she also pays the cost of the tuition fees and takes on all other expenses (transportation, visa, insurance, dormitory and living expenses).
