TSUL Students Participated in TAA Arbitration Academy 2024
In Istanbul, Turkiye, as part of the "Arbitration Academy 2024" project, the Turkic Arbitration Association conducted sessions in the field of international commercial arbitration.
During the sessions, which also included students from Tashkent State University of Law, topics such as arbitration agreements, stages of arbitration proceedings, arbitration in construction disputes, career development, and the importance of soft skills in international arbitration were discussed.
Additionally, participants of the TAA Arbitration Academy 2024 had the opportunity to visit several leading law firms and arbitration centers.
