A delegation headed by the First Vice-Rector of TSUL, Professor Akhror Khoshimkhanov, visited the Italian Society for International Organization (SIOI)
As part of the visit, organized on the eve of the 43rd session of the UNESCO General Conference, members of the delegation met with SIOI’s International Education Manager Corin Graziano, Director of Research Alessandra Caruso, and researcher Irene Falso. During the meeting, the Italian side was provided with information about the significance and content of the upcoming UNESCO session, which will be held for the first time outside France — in Samarkand.
In addition, issues of cultural heritage, climate change, sustainable development, and UNESCO strategies were discussed, and specially prepared flyers were handed over to SIOI staff.
During the negotiations, an agreement was reached on signing a memorandum of scientific cooperation, as well as on collaboration in the fields of geopolitics and sustainable development between TSUL and the Italian Society for International Organization.
