An official list of 100 works of fiction has been announced that students must read as part of the assessment for the “Social Activity Index”
As you know, the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation of the Republic of Uzbekistan has approved a document titled “Mechanism for Assessing the Social Activity Index of Students of Higher Education Institutions and Their Branches”.
According to this document, the first criterion is “Reading Culture”. During the academic year, a student must read 100 works of fiction specified in the list and, by the end of the year, answer test questions on 12 books of their choice.
Based on the test results, a student can receive from 10 to 20 points for this criterion.
