International Civil Law readings of young scholars was held at TSUL

A conference was organized on the topic “The Role of Corporate Legal Relations in the System of Business Law: Modern Approaches and Development Prospects,” with participants from the China University of Political Science and Law, the law firm “Jingshi,” Al-Azhar University, Kazakh-British Technical University, the Adilet Higher School of Law at Caspian University, the University of Regensburg, the Institute of Legislation and Legal Policy under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Committee for the Development of Competition and Protection of Consumer Rights of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Higher School of Judges under the Supreme Judicial Council, the Institute for Retraining and Advanced Training of Legal Personnel, as well as faculty members, researchers, international experts, and students.

At the initiative of the Department of Business Law of Tashkent State University of Law, in cooperation with the Institute of Legislation and Legal Policy under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, an event was held dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the birth of the honored scientist of Uzbekistan, academician, Doctor of Law, Professor Khodjiakbar Rakhmonkulovich Rakhmonkulov. As part of the event, scientific reports were presented on research conducted on issues of corporate legal relations, which are part of the academic legacy of Academician Rakhmonkulov, and discussions were held on the stated topic.

During the readings, issues of improving legislation in the field of corporate law, developing effective strategies, and sharing experiences were comprehensively analyzed. Scientific discussions on these topics were held.

International and national experts especially emphasized that policy and reforms in the field of corporate law are a complex but ongoing process. In particular, it was noted that the improvement of legislation in this area should be based on the analysis of existing laws, law enforcement practices, and international experience.

Within the framework of the event, experts exchanged views on the implementation of unified practices in the field of corporate legal relations and on current trends in their development.
