Leyla Burkhanova gave a speech at the international conference

Karaganda University named after Y.A. Buketov organized an international scientific-practical conference on the topic "Modern tendencies of development of state and law in the conditions of political transformation".

The event was attended by experts from Italy, the Russian Federation, the Republic of Azerbaijan, the Republic of Uzbekistan, and the Republic of Kazakhstan. Burkhanova gave a lecture on "Grounds of establishment of the fact of absence of the physical person and questions of perfection".
