Round table disuccion on "Dispute Resolution in International Arbitration" will take place at TSUL
A round table discussion, organized jointly by Tashkent State University of Law and the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce Arbitration Institute (SCC), gathered representatives of public and private organizations, practicing lawyers, and the professors of Tashkent State University of Law.
Caroline Falconer (Sweden), Secretary General of the Arbitration Institute of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce, Aigul Kenzhabaeva (Kazakhstan), partner at the law firm Dentons, and Ilya Putilin, an international arbitrator and professor took part in the event as speakers.
The round table discussion focused on discussing pressing issues related to dispute resolution in international arbitration.
