A meeting of the labor collective and a reporting and election conference on the implementation of the collective agreement for 2024, covering the years 2023-2025, took place at Tashkent State University of Law (TSUL). This agreement was made between the university’s administration and the United Trade Union Committee of TSUL, within the framework of the Trade Union of Public Institutions and Civil Service Workers of Uzbekistan.
The conference was attended by O. Mirzaev, Deputy Chairman of the Republican Council of the Trade Union of Public Institutions and Civil Service Workers of Uzbekistan; Kh. Premkulov, Head of the Legal Department of the Federation of Trade Unions of Uzbekistan; O. Nastinov, Chairman of the Tashkent City Council of the Trade Union of Public Institutions and Civil Service Workers of Uzbekistan; TSUL representatives; the Veterans Council; members of the Women’s Committee; representatives from the Academic Lyceum named after M. Vosikova under TSUL and delegates from the university’s structural divisions.
During the conference, delegates also elected a new committee for the upcoming term, as the terms of the current members and chairman of the trade union committee had expired.
As a result of the vote, a new trade union committee was formed, consisting of seven members, and Murad Urazaliev was re-elected as Chairman of the Trade Union of TSUL.
