The dissertations of Mohigul Kadirova and Komil Khakimov will be discussed

On January 19, (in room 234 of building 3, TSUL) a regular meeting of the scientific seminar at the Scientific Council DSc.07/13.05.2020.Yu.22.03 will be held to award the degree of Doctor of Science.

At 14:00, a dissertation for the degree of Doctor of Law will be discussed by an independent researcher of Tashkent State University of Law Mohigul Khamitovna Kadirova, in the specialty 12.00.09 - Criminal Procedure. Criminalistics. Operative-investigative law and forensic examination on the topic "Problems of improving criminal procedural terms through digitalization".

At 16:00, a dissertation for the degree of Doctor of Law will be discussed by an independent researcher of Tashkent State University of Law Khakimov Komil Bakhtiyarovich, in the specialty 12.00.08 - Criminal Law. Criminology. Criminal-executive law on the topic "Theoretical and practical aspects of premeditated murder under circumstances mitigating responsibility".
