Omonulla Zakirovich Mukhamedjanov is a professor of the Department of International Law and Human Rights at Tashkent State  University of  Law and a member of the International Association of Constitutional Law.

O. Mukhamedjanov has been working at ashkent State  University of  Law for many years. In particular, in 1989-1991 he worked as a lecturer, in 1992-1994 - as a senior lecturer, associate professor of the Department of Constitutional Law, in 1994-2001, as well as in 2007-2011 - as Head of the Department of International and Comparative Law. In 2011-2012 he worked as Vice-Rector for Spiritual and Educational Work.

In April-June 2012, he was the head of the Department of Basics of State Structure and Administration of the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan. In 2012-2013 he held the position of Rector of the Tashkent State Law Institute, in 2017-2018 - acting professor of the Department of Public International Law, and from 2019 - professor of the department.

O. Mukhamedjanov is the author of 150 scientific and educational, training and methodological works, including 5 monographs (3 co-authored), 9 brochures, 5 training manuals (2 co-authored), more than 20 teaching and training manuals, more than 100 scientific articles. His scientific works were published in various scientific publications in Spain, France, India, Germany, Russia, Korea, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Japan. Monographs with his participation were published in Great Britain, Switzerland, Russia.

The professor participated in scientific forums abroad, in particular, in the III World Congress of the International Association of Constitutional Law in Poland, the I Forum of Asian Constitutionalists in Korea, and an international conference in the Netherlands.
