Applicants wishing to participate in the program must be at least 18 years old and have a minimum GPA of 70%.
Students who wish to study at a foreign university under the academic mobility program must submit the following documents to their faculty dean’s office by 5 December:
A copy of the academic transcript;
A copy of the bio-data page of the international passport;
A language proficiency certificate:
• For programs taught in English:
— IELTS 6.0 or TOEFL 85 (for bachelor's programs);
• For programs taught in Chinese:
— HSK Level 4 (for bachelor's programs);

The project provides an opportunity to study at a partner foreign university during the spring semester of the 2025/2026 academic year without paying tuition fees to the host institution. However, if the student is studying at TSUL on a fee basis, they must continue paying their tuition fees at TSUL, and all other expenses (transportation, visa, insurance, accommodation, and living costs) must be covered by the student.
