A seminar on the topic "The Features of Implementing the Rights and Responsibilities of Minors in Modern Civil Relations" will be held

The event, organised by the Civil Law Department of Tashkent State University of Law, will feature participation from Surayyo Rahmonova, the Ombudsman for Children's Rights of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

During the seminar, discussions will cover topics such as the legal capacity of minors, the exercise of children's rights through representatives, minors' participation in real estate transactions, and ensuring children's inheritance rights.

The event will take place on October 18 at 11:00 a.m. (Main Conference Hall, Building 3, TSUL).
