The Department of Business Law at TSUL invites students to participate in the M.G. Rosenberg International Commercial Arbitration Trial Competition.

Selection for the university's team consists of two stages:
1. assessment of candidates' knowledge of international commercial and arbitration law (in writing);
2. interview and defense of written work.
Criteria (crucial):
The competition is conducted in Russian and English, and 4 students will be selected for each team.
Candidates for the Russian team should be fluent in Russian, and knowledge of English is welcome.
Candidates for the team in English should be fluent in English, and knowledge of Russian is compulsory (they should study Russian legislation).

The first stage of selection will take place on December 3 at 11:00 (room 119, building 3, TSUL).
For information: Rosenberg competition is a student competition in the format of a model arbitration based on a game case on the subjects of international commercial arbitration and private international law.
The organizers of the competition are the All-Russian Academy of Foreign Trade of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation, and the International Commercial Arbitration Court at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation.
