Acting associate professor of Employment law department of Tashkent State University of Law Mirekub Rakhimov with the consent of the author translated the article by Professor of Tokyo University Takashi Araki "Yaponiyada mehnat va bandlik huquqi: an'anaviy modelning o'zgarishi" from English into Uzbek.
The article reveals Japanese labor law, changes in labor relations in the context of globalization, the system of a lifetime and long-term employment, wage procedures, as well as specific aspects of Japanese labor law, such as Shunto (spring offensive), RENGO.
