Our university provides access to all educational resources for those who do not study at the University: computers, library, online resources, access to lectures etc.
One of the key organizational divisions at Tashkent State Administrative University is the information and resource center. The information resource center collaborates with the university to achieve its objectives of the training of highly trained specialists by actively participating in continuous educational activities, scientific research, and spiritual-educational processes.
The Information Resource Center:
The Tashkent State Law institution has a unique structure called the Information Resource Center. It assists the institution in reaching ambitious educational objectives and spans all domains of endeavor, including intellectual, spiritual, and scientific advancement. actively engages in delivering In collaboration with academics, instructors, and other research groups, we offer creative and programmatic support for the educational and research processes.
Currently, this center houses a collection of the following legal texts and primary scientific literature:

The list of these books is expanding every year due to new foreign and national literature. The process of forming the fund is carried out according to a strategic plan, taking into account the university's educational directions and ongoing research.
The Information Resource Center provides bibliographic and informational services to students, professors and teachers, university researchers and general readers. In order to develop the field of jurisprudence, the Information Resource Center has access to world-class scientific and educational databases: Westlaw, LexisNexis, Springer. Web of Science, Scopus, Polpred.com. negotiations are underway to conclude a contract with the legal database.
As an illustration, in 2023 Nodir Zakirov, a specialist in anti-corruption for the World Bank and the United States, gave 12 copies of international and regional legal scientific literature to the TSUL Information Resource Center. Researchers and students can learn about the American legal system, criminal law, the theoretical underpinnings of scientific research, and legal education technique through these works of literature. In order to provide readers with information about literature and create ease of use, an electronic catalog was created based on the ARMAT ++ electronic program, and the university has an electronic library on the website library.tsul.uz and an official channel on the Telegram social network. https://t.me/tsullibrary.
Since 2019, the Information Resource Center is a member of the International Association of University Libraries (Dusseldorf, Germany).

Also, The Ministry of Higher and Secondary Specialized Education launched an electronic library - the unilibrary.uz platform. To date, about 200 thousand educational, scientific and other literature have been placed on the platform, and work in this direction continues. In order to promote reading and increase spirituality among young people, a competition is held annually among the "Eng faol kitobhon guruh" ("The most active group of readers", team members are recruited according to courses), and together with the primary organization of the Youth Union, a monthly competition "Zukko kitobhon" ("Resourceful reader").

Visitors to Tashkent State University of Law, whether students or other readers, can connect to the Tashkent State University of Law Library Wi-Fi address and use the high-speed Internet for free. Tashkent State University of Law has all facilities for using Wi-Fe. In order to create convenience for professors and teachers, the university has installed internet and Wi-Fe connections in all rooms. Also, special Wi-Fe zones are established in each building of the university, where students and professors can access and use their personal devices. The creation of such conditions gives professors and students an opportunity to further improve their knowledge and skills using the global Internet network.
In order to fulfill the tasks specified in paragraph 54 of the PROGRAM OF MEASURES on the preparation (transformation) of Tashkent State Law University for international accreditation, the following was carried out by the Department of the Electronic University.
In order to increase the speed of the Internet, letters were issued to "Uztelecom" and contracts were signed and a separate Internet tariff was purchased for the Wi-Fi network (letters and signed contracts are included in the attachment)
The obstacles in connection to the Wi-Fi network were analyzed and in order to eliminate them, devices supporting additional high-speed Wi-Fi traffic were purchased. Wi-Fi routers have been installed in ARM(library), Wi-Fi zones, places where students are crowded, and the limit has been increased to support a large number of students connecting to a Wi-Fi device at the same time. (appendix provides purchase agreements and installation procedures)
Wi-Fi is currently working in all buildings. The responsible staff of the electronic university are developing the terms of use of Wi-Fi and authorization windows for students, and this process has entered the final phase and is about to be completely completed.
NOTE: Wi-Fi devices installed in the university are designed for university corridors, student Wi-Fi zones, ARM center and meeting halls according to the original project, and Wi-Fi signals may not be emitted in the internal rooms of auditoriums and structural units. All devices in auditoriums and structural units are provided with 100% cable internet.
Computer System
Tashkent State University of Law Library is equipped with modern computers. These computers are connected to international databases. Visitors to the library may use these computers or bring their own.
Each room of the Tashkent State Law University has a special computer for teachers, professors and teachers can use it to conduct classes. Also, special electronic whiteboards are installed in every room of the university, which help students to acquire modern knowledge and skills through interactive methods during class. In addition, in order to objectively and fairly assess the knowledge of students, they submit their knowledge of subjects at the end of the year using computers in specially organized rooms. This also serves to ensure the transparency of the educational process.
