Documents of foreign citizens for admission to the master’s and bachelor’s degree of TSUL are submitted through https://online.tsul.uz/.

The following shall be attached to the electronic application for admission in electronic form:

passport (ID-card) or a document substituting it;

diploma of higher education (or an extract from the diploma - for graduates of higher education institutions of the Republic of Uzbekistan on a state grant) and its annex.

Each document attached to the application must be in the form of a separate file (not less than 200 dots per inch) that ensures authenticity. Each file size should not exceed 10 MB.

It is allowed to send the application in the form of scanned copies of documents in "PDF" (portable document format) format.
