Procedure for interviewing and evaluation criteria for admission of graduates of law schools

The individual interview will be conducted by the interview commission from august 10 to august 25.

Understanding the significance of comprehensive reforms in the country (state and society building, rule of law, economic development and liberalization, as well as the ability to imagine and think about reforms in the social sphere and other areas)

Motivation in choosing a specialty (understanding the essence and social significance of the legal profession, constant interest in it, secondary special, vocational education)

Personal and professional traits (ability to read, practical activity in solving professional tasks, discipline, solidarity, responsibility, degree of independence in decision-making, the presence of personal achievements, as well as the ability to work and be creative)

Knowledge and professional skills in the field of jurisprudence (at the level of professional education, the ability to express and analyze their views in the field of jurisprudence)

The results of the individual interview are evaluated by scoring on a 100-point system. The maximum score for each criterion is 25 points.

In the minutes of the examination commission, the list of applicants is placed by region in descending order according to the number of places established by the Ministry of Justice, starting with the applicant who scored the highest number of points. It is not allowed to fill the seats allocated for one region at the expense of applicants from other regions.

Applicants shall not be admitted in the following cases:

in case of non-appearance at the individual interview according to the schedule (0 points will be awarded);

in the individual interview if a set of 70% or less of the established maximum score.
