The competition was organized in 3 directions: pull-up on the horizontal bar, pull-up on the barbell, and push-up.

For pull-ups:

By weight in Brus:
1st place - Abdulaziz Abdullayev;

For push-up:
1st place — Ganisher Niyazov;
2nd place — Boymurad Khaldorov;
3rd place — Feruz Malikov.
