Admission of foreign citizens to the bachelor's program at TSUL is carried out without conducting tests, based on the results of an interview at TSUL and taking into account the points scored according to the rating system.

Foreign citizens who have applied for undergraduate studies at TSUL are interviewed to determine their worldview, professional inclination and motivation, general intellectual, spiritual and moral level.

The dates of the interview are determined by TSUL with the approval of the Ministry of Justice.

Information about the dates of the interview is published one month before the interview on the official channel of TSUL.

Interviews with foreign citizens are conducted directly (offline) or remotely (online) as needed.

Reception of foreign citizens is not carried out in the following cases:

absenteeism according to the schedule for the interview (0 points are set);

recruitment of 55 percent or less of the established maximum interview score.

Repeated interviews for the admission of foreign citizens to the bachelor's degree at TSUL are prohibited.

The results of the interview are not subject to appeal and consideration by way of appeal.
