A Student Association of students for stability was established at Tashkent State University of Law. This Association, together with the "Street Law" volunteer student association, announces green invitation actions for active participation in the national "Yashil makon" project.
A seminar on the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) was held at Tashkent State University of Law
On the initiative of the UN Uzbekistan and Tashkent State University of Law, a seminar dedicated to the UN Sustainable Development Goals was organized for members of the "Street Law" club.
At the event, Anvar Meliboev, Head of the UN Information Office, spoke about the work of the UN, the Sustainable Development Goals and the work being done in Uzbekistan to achieve these goals.
In turn, "Street Law" volunteers shared their views on how to promote sustainable development through the lens of human rights.
Students of Tashkent State University of Law planted 600 saplings in the Astrobod mahalla of Yunusabad district
The representatives, professors, staff, and students of Tashkent State University of Law took part in the project organized in the framework of the "Yashil makon".
The process of planting seedlings turned into a concert program organized by talented university students on the occasion of the national holiday, Trade Union Day of Uzbekistan.
In the end, the university trade union presented commemorative gifts to the staff and students who took an active part in the action.
The team of Tashkent State University of Law together with students held the "Yashil tashabbus" action within the framework of the "Yashil makon" nationwide project.
As part of the action, 200 tree saplings were planted in the territory of the Oqmachit cemetery in Yunusabad.
Students organize the "Yashil tashabbus" action, planting tree saplings, environmental protection, combating climate change, and various activities against pollution in districts and villages.

"Green Space" and "Trade Unions Day" are national holidays
With the participation of the representatives, staff and students of Tashkent State University of Law, "Yashil makon" action was organized in the "Astrabod" mahalla of Yunusabad district. 600 tree saplings were planted as part of the action.
In addition, a concert program was held for the participants of the action in connection with the national holiday "November 11 - Trade Union Day".
At the end of the event, gifts were presented to active employees and students by the University Trade Union.

1. “Green corner” – the university is filled with a green atmosphere. The green corners in each classroom, library, and hallway area are filled with a variety of plants.
2. “Garden creativity” – Students are regularly involved in creating a garden on campus. Everyone feels that all of this is a factor that improves human health.
3. “Nature is future” – On certain days of the week, work is carried out to protect the environment. The trees are cared for and watered regularly.
4. “Step-by-step” – A “step-by-step” community has also been set up, working mainly on university campus with few green zones. Despite the small scale at the moment, great results are expected in the near future.
5. There is a Youth Union on Green Campus which is led by the student of TSULL. It has been operating since 2016 and it controls and encourages university team to engage environmental issues. Also, the rector of TSUL supports this association in order to help them meet their goals. This union is also controlled by the The State Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan for Ecology and Environment Protection.
