Electronic application portal

Applications for admission to the bachelor's degree of Tashkent State University are submitted through the Internet World Information Network http://online.tsul.uz.

Foreign citizens fill out an application for admission in electronic form in real time, which includes: direction of education, language and form of education; a foreign citizen has graduated from a higher education institution or does not have a higher education; the foreign citizen is acquainted with the rules of the interview.


The following shall be attached to the electronic application for admission in electronic form:

passport of a foreign citizen or a document substituting for him;

a document on education issued by the competent authorities of a foreign state, duly legalized or apostatized, indicating the subjects studied and the grades (scores) obtained in the examinations on them;

Each document attached to the application must be in the form of a separate file (not less than 200 dots per inch) that ensures authenticity. Each file size should not exceed 10 MB.

It is allowed to send the application in the form of scanned copies of documents in "PDF" (portable document format) format.

Applications for admission to the master's program of Tashkent State University are submitted through the Internet World Information Network http://online.tsul.uz.


The following shall be attached to the electronic application for admission in electronic form:


  • passport (ID-card) or a document substituting it;
  • Diploma of higher education (or an extract from the diploma - for graduates of higher education institutions of the Republic of Uzbekistan on a state grant) and its annex.
