Dissertations of Sarbon Uralov and Fathulla Sagdullayev will be discussed

On April 18, a regular meeting of the scientific seminar under the Scientific Council DSc.07/13.05.2020.Yu.22.03 will be held (room 234, building 3, TSUL).

The following issues will be discussed at the meeting:

At 14:00, a dissertation for the degree of Doctor of Philosophy in Law will be discussed by Sarbon Sardorovich Uralov, an independent researcher of Tashkent State University of Law, in the specialty 12.00.09 - Criminal Procedure. Criminalistics. Operative-search law and forensic examination on the theme "Institute of prejudice in criminal procedural legislation".

At 16:00, the dissertation for the degree of Doctor of Philosophy in Law will be discussed by Sagdullaev Fatkhulla Shukrullaevich, an independent researcher of the Tashkent State University of Law, specialty 12.00.08 - Criminal Law. Criminology. Penal law on the topic "Criminal legal aspects of abuse of power or official authority."
