Khudaykulov Feruzbek Khurramovich - Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Law, Acting associate professor. He has been working at the department since 2017. In 2020 he defended his doctoral dissertation on "Criminal-legal aspects of facultative signs of the crime’s objective side in the qualification of criminal acts" Author of more than 40 scientific articles, 1 textbook (co-authored), 1 monograph. He also co-authored a textbook on Administrative Liability (Special Part). He is currently conducting research on his doctoral dissertation (DSc) on "Theoretical and practical aspects of the objective side of the crime."
