In the framework of the month of the United Nations and Uzbekistan the "UN Model" was conducted
The event, organized by the Department of International Law and Human Rights together with the faculty of international law and comparative legislation, featured a welcoming speech by the Vice-Rector Islambek Rustambekov and UNDP Uzbekistan Good Governance Cluster Manager Kamila Mukhammedkhanova.
Delegates had simulation sessions of the UN Security Council. The sessions discussed "Threat to peace and security posed by terrorist acts", "Yadroviy qurollar va ommaviy qirg'in qurollarini tarqatmaslik kafolati". (Guarantee of non-proliferation of nuclear weapons and weapons of mass destruction)
In the end, the delegates were given certificates of participation. Winners were also announced in three categories: "Best Position Speech," "Best Speaker," and "Best Delegate.
