Tashkent State University of Law, as you might know, has a program to recognize people – faculty, students, and even the public – who really champion the life and work of Gafur Gulyam. They get a special badge and scholarship.
This year's badge and scholarship winners have been chosen, and they were recognized at a cultural event celebrating the writer's 122nd birthday.

— Nazokat Umarova, 3rd-year student of the Faculty of Criminal Justice;
