The 4-day intensive course, which will be held at Tashkent State University of Law from 2 to 5 August, will be attended by students from TSUL and Westminster International University in Tashkent.
Speakers of the course, organized by the U.S. Department of Commerce's Commercial Law Development Program, will be representatives of the international law firm White & Case, Putilin Dispute Management, as well as graduates of the Vis Moot Schools of TSUL and Westminster International University in Tashkent.
In the program, students will learn the basics of international commercial and investment arbitration, as well as international trade law and practical methods of oral presentation in arbitration proceedings.
