About the department

Department for the Coordination of International and National Events

Motto

“Coordinating Events, Creating Impact”.

Objective

To ensure the effective planning and coordination of international and national events at the University through a unified system; oversee their organisation and delivery to a high standard; arrange visits by foreign delegations in accordance with international protocol requirements; and enhance the University's national and international reputation through the evaluation of event effectiveness.

Responsibilities

The Department is responsible for:

1.      Planning and coordinating international, national, and institutional events organised by the University within a unified system.

2.      Ensuring the high-quality organisational, protocol, and technical support of events.

3.      Organising visits by foreign delegations and partners in accordance with international protocol requirements.

4.      Developing and maintaining an event information database, as well as monitoring and evaluating events.

5.      Effectively organising events that contribute to strengthening the University's national and international reputation.
