According to the presidential Decree of April 29, 2020 "On additional measures for cardinal improvement of legal education and science in the Republic of Uzbekistan" and the Decree of October 8, 2019 "On approval of the concept of development of higher education system of the Republic of Uzbekistan until 2030" when indexing an article published in scientific journals of international scientific and technical databases Scopus and Web of Science, employees, professors and doctoral students of Tashkent State University of Law shall be paid a one-time monetary award
When indexing an article published in scientific journals included in Scopus and Web of Science on legal and social sciences, the authors are given a lump-sum cash award in the following amounts:
- 25 times the BAS to the author for each article or result of other scholarly research published in a Scopus or Web of Science database journal of the first quartile (Q1) that is in the first 10 percent;
- 20-times the BAS to the author for each article or the result of other scientific research published in a Scopus or Web of Science first quartile (Q1) database journal that is not included in the first 10 percent;
- 15 times the BAS to the author for each article or other result of scientific research in the second quartile (Q2) of the journal;
- 10 times the BAS to the author for each article or other research result in the third quartile (Q3) of the journal.
Also, for each article or other research result in the fourth quartile (Q4) journal, the author's expenses related to scientific publication are reimbursed.
In addition, for each article published in the conference proceedings (quartiles Q1-Q3) and indexed in Scopus database, as well as for each article or other result of scientific research indexed in Web of Science database, the author receives a one-time cash payment equal to 10 times the BAS.
When indexing each article published in the collection of conference materials in the quartile (Q4) journal of Scopus database, the author has reimbursed the costs associated with scientific publication.
