IMPROVEMENT OF STUDENTS WRITTEN COMPETENCE WHEN WORKING WITH OFFICIAL DOCUMENTS BASED ON FOREIGN EXPERIENCE

Working with written documents based on foreign experience, teaching them to students in a unique way. It is aimed at training high-quality personnel for our country and improving their writing skills through official documents. Features of document management abroad and directions for documenting management actions are given.

ISSUES ON ENCREASING MOTIVATION IN LANGUAGE LEARNING PROCESS

The article deals with the actual problems of increasing motivation in English lessons. Various methods, ways and means of increasing motivation for the subject are considered: the creation of a language environment in the classroom, the use of video materials, songs, poems in English, the use of Internet resources in the lessons, the organization of students' independent work.

At the same time, lawyers with deep experience in any narrow or rare field of jurisprudence, specialists with a limited range of professional skills, are increasingly in demand on the labor market.
