В данной статье анализируются вопросы ответственности за незаконный выезд за границу или незаконный въезд в страну в соответствии с уголовным законодательством некоторых зарубежных стран, учитывая общественную опасность преступления предусмотренного статьей 223 Уголовного кодекса Республики Узбекистан. Также, учитывая процессы углубления реформ, направленных на миграционные процессы анализированы меры ответственности в зарубежных странах за нарушения законодательства в этой сфере.

This article analyzes the social danger and the necessity for establishing liability for illegal crossing the border or illegal entry to the Republic of Uzbekistan.
